The Tutor Perini/Zachry/Parsons team has a long history of providing design and construction services in California. We share the California High-Speed Rail Authority’s commitment to using a local workforce and local subcontracted firms, including small businesses that reflect the diversity of the Central Valley area.

The CHSRA project has a 30% Small Business participation goal. Tutor Perini/Zachry/Parsons is committed to achieve the Small Business goal for this project by utilizing firms who are certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprise (DVBE), and/or Micro Business (MB).
The Tutor Perini/Zachry/Parsons team is actively seeking firms to subcontract to our team that will help achieve the small business participation goal for this project.
